Settings: rates, logo and bank details

Set these once in onboarding, and Korda Pro uses them on every job.

If you need to change any information, you can do so in Settings in the portal.

• Your details and business details. Name, ABN, address. These appear on your paperwork.

• Company logo. PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 2 MB. Transparent background works best.

• Rates and preferences. Standard labour rate, after-hours rate, call-out fee and how it's billed, payment terms, deposit percentage, materials markup and target margin. Korda Pro prices from these, so keeping them current means fewer corrections in the chat.

• Payment details. Bank name, BSB, account number, account name and PayID. These go on invoices you send to customers.

Changes take effect on your next job, not on anything already sent.

If you don't use Xero, fill in your payment details before your first invoice. That's how you get paid.
