Check your connections

Connections in the portal show the three things Korda Pro plugs into:

  • WhatsApp Business. Your assistant. Should always be green.

  • Xero. Optional. Shows Not connected if you don't use it, which is fine.

  • Gmail. So quotes and invoices are sent from your own address.

If any of these go red, tap Reconnect. If that doesn't fix it, message Korda Pro on the Messenger widget.
