Give a job your own reference

When you start a new job, Korda Pro asks:

"Got a job number or reference for this one? Reply with it, or say 'skip' if you don't use one for this job."

Reply with whatever you already use. ROOF-001, Smith Kitchen, 14 Rose St. Korda Pro won't change it or reformat it.

Don't answer, and Korda Pro writes a short reference from the job description instead, so the field is never left blank.

You're asked once per job, at the start. The reference carries through to the invoice automatically, so you're never asked twice for the same job.
