Tell Korda an invoice has been paid.

When the money lands, say so.

"The Rose Street invoice got paid"

"Chen paid the fitout invoice"

Korda Pro marks it paid in your portal, and in Xero if you're connected. The follow-ups stop immediately, so nobody gets chased for money they've already sent.

You can do the same thing from the portal. Open Activity and tap Mark as paid on the invoice. Whichever is closer to hand.
