Cancel or pause your subscription.

In the portal, go to Settings and select Cancel my subscription.

Your records stay in your account. You can download any quote or invoice as a PDF before or after cancelling.

If something isn't working for you, it's worth messaging us first through the website’s Messenger widget. Most things people cancel over are fixable.
