Korda Pro got it wrong. How to fix it

Just say what's wrong. You don't need a special format.

"Make it fourteen grand"

"That address is Rose Street, not Rose Lane"

"Add a line for waterproofing, eight hundred"

Korda Pro redoes it and shows you the corrected version.

If it's already gone to the customer, say so, and Korda Pro will fix it and send an updated version.

It's worth checking quotes and invoices before you reply approve, since that's the easiest moment to catch something.
