Edit or resend a quote

Say what needs changing in the WhatsApp chat.

"Change the Rose Street quote to fourteen grand"

"Send Sarah's quote again"

If the quote hasn't gone out yet, Korda Pro just updates it. If it has, Korda Pro sends your customer the updated version.

Resending is worth doing when a customer says they never received it, though it's usually worth checking that the follow-ups have been going out first.
