What Korda Pro does and doesn't do

Korda Pro is the money layer, not a job management system.

It does:

• Quotes and invoices from voice notes and text from WhatsApp, with your branding

• Automatic follow-ups on unanswered quotes and unpaid invoices, by SMS and email

• Two-way Xero sync, if you use Xero. It works fine without it

• Status updates by chat: accepted, declined, paid

• A Morning Brief and a Weekly Pulse so you know what you're owed and what’s been collected

• Answers to questions about your money, asked in the chat

• Photos attached to a job

It doesn't:

• Scheduling or calendars

• Price books or estimating tools

• Timesheets or payroll

• Staff logins. Korda Pro is built for the person who owns the business and sends the paperwork

If you already use something for scheduling, keep using it. Korda Pro sits on top.
