Using Korda Pro without Xero

Xero is optional. Korda Pro works without it.

Without Xero, Korda Pro stores your quotes and invoices. You still send everything from WhatsApp; it still carries your logo, and follow-ups still run automatically.

Your portal becomes your record. Every quote and invoice is there, and you can download any of them as a PDF.

Two differences worth knowing:

• Payments. Your bank details and PayID go on the invoice instead of a Pay Now card link. Add the bank details in Settings>Payment Details.

• Numbering. Korda Pro asks what number you want to start from rather than picking it up automatically.

You can connect Xero later from Connections.
