Before you start: what to have ready

Setting up is a conversation, not a form. Six questions for Xero users, ten if you don't use Xero.

Have these on hand, and it'll take about 20 minutes.

  • Your business details. Business name and ABN.

  • Your WhatsApp mobile number. It must be the number your WhatsApp is registered to.

  • Your logo. PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 2 MB. This goes on every quote and invoice you send, so you use the version you'd put on a van or a business card.

  • Your Xero login, if you use Xero. You'll be asked to approve the connection. If you don't use Xero, skip it. Korda Pro works without it.

You'll also connect Gmail during setup, so quotes and invoices go out from your own email address rather than a generic one.
